No time no energy

Missed the memorial for the dragonboaters cos i was feeling sick and fell asleep.Damn it.

Looking forward to lunch tmr.I really want to start getting some new stuff for myself too.It seems like all my time was spent either on playing,coaching touch and clearing my GESL module the past few weeks that I hardly had any energy to just go out and relax.The sun at Sentosa on Sunday dealt the final blow.It was a challenge in itselt not to fall ill.

Nebo beach touch

We had Nebo beach touch yesterday at Sentosa,and it would be more complete if there was referees involved.That's my take.Ended up really burnt and there I was cursing the burning sun.Mambo had an average run and Jumbo had a better game.They were probably not aware,but they were learning unknowingly how to playmake and the importance of running ONTO the ball.3v2 is the best game to use to develop decision making and passes,and every single teammates have to know what they want to do.Overall it was pretty ok,just marred slightly by my scolding for team Jumbo at the group semis..I get so pissed seeing them giving soft tries just cos they chose to subsitute in defence.Argh.My blood still boils at the mention of that.

Just confirmed that 1 of the dead dragonboaters Stephen Loh was Gideon's brother.Aaron worked with Stephen before and when he told me about it I felt kinda...sad.Cos you know that u will always feel a loss when people of somewhat similar interest passes on.It was sports in this case.And a PE teacher somemore. When this things happen it hit close to home,you remember suddenly that life is fragile.My condolences goes to the families of all the 5 dragonboaters.It is a sad week for the sporting scene.
